Therapy is a deeply personal and transformative journey that requires a safe, supportive environment in which to examine and move through many of life’s difficult and challenging circumstances. My desire as a therapist is to provide support and encouragement as you work towards reaching your therapeutic goals. I have had 26 years of experience in the counseling field, working with adults, adolescents, children, couples, and families. An emphasis of my training has been on facilitating recovery from emotional, physical, and sexual abuse, as well as from other traumatic events. I also provide faith based counseling for those who desire to approach the counseling experience from this perspective.
