I practice with a systemic lens and take interest in appropriately addressing any and/or all behavioral, emotional, spiritual, and/or relational needs to facilitate the process of growth, change and healing. My approach can be described as a gentle balance of kindness and directness. It is my greatest desire to have clients feel seen and heard. I believe therapy is a sacred space for authenticity. I see it as a true privilege and honor to come alongside my clients in their journey.
I received my Master of Arts at Bethel Seminary studying Marriage and Family Therapy. I also have a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Bethel University.
