The decision to start (or restart) therapy can feel overwhelming, My goal is to provide a safe, non-judgmental and relaxed environment to work through the difficult things life has thrown your way, utilizing evidence based approaches. I work with adolescents, adults, couples and families. I specialize in LGBTQ issues, depression, anxiety, adoption, marriage and family therapy, and blended families.
I have extensive training and experience in helping parents understand what their child is communicating, and give them resources to help with their child and family. I also take a special interest in working with those who identify as LGBTQ.
I am gentle, yet direct in my approach to therapy. I have worked both residential and outpatient settings, and understand how difficult it is to take the first step in getting help. Working together, we can help you get back the life you deserve.
