Welcome — I’m Glad You’re Here
I’m a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist and Registered Play Therapist with a passion for helping individuals and families navigate life’s challenges with compassion, clarity, and confidence. With experience in both inpatient and outpatient settings, I bring a steady, supportive presence to the therapy process—meeting you where you are, and helping you move toward where you want to be.
I work with individuals ages 13 and up, supporting teens and adults through a wide range of issues, including anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship struggles, and life transitions. I also work closely with parents—whether you’re in the thick of toddlerhood or navigating the teenage years—offering guidance, insight, and tools to help you feel more grounded and effective in your parenting.
My approach to therapy is warm, practical, and collaborative. I aim to create a space where you can be yourself—free of judgment and pressure—while we work together toward meaningful, lasting change. I bring a calm, grounded presence to our sessions, balancing thoughtful insight with real-world strategies that support growth both inside and outside the therapy room. Whether you’re facing a specific challenge or seeking overall clarity, my goal is to help you feel supported, empowered, and equipped to move forward.
I’m also trained in Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART), an evidence-based approach that uses eye movements and visualization to help the brain process and resolve trauma and distressing experiences. ART is a powerful tool for those who feel stuck in old patterns or memories, often bringing relief in fewer sessions than traditional talk therapy.
If you’re feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or simply ready for something to shift, you’re not alone—and you don’t have to do it all by yourself. Therapy is a brave step, and I’d be honored to walk alongside you in the process.
