Many people seek out therapy feeling stuck, frustrated, hurting… wanting change, but not knowing how to get there.
Sometimes, they know where these feelings are coming from. Maybe they’ve taken in judgments about themselves and carry fears of not being “enough,” or they’ve experienced things in their life that have left them feeling defeated, or unable to shake the fear that something will go very wrong. Other times, people aren’t sure exactly where their feelings are coming from, just that they want — or even need — change.
Whatever the reason for your struggles, you deserve support in creating a path through them to reach where you want to be.
I’m here to listen, hold space for your story and emotions, help you see your strengths, and work together to help you find your way out of shame, anxiety, hopelessness, overwhelm, and other painful emotions you may be struggling with right now. I know what a vulnerable and courageous step seeking therapy is, and I feel so honored to be able to create a space for people to feel safe and heard as I walk alongside them on their healing journey.
