Starting therapy can feel a little intimidating—kind of like stepping into the unknown—but let me just say, you’re incredibly brave for taking this step. I’m here to walk alongside you, offering a space where you’ll feel heard, supported, and never alone on this journey. Whether life feels like it’s throwing you curveballs, challenges, or just plain chaos, we’ll tackle it together and find a path toward clarity and growth.
In therapy, I take a systemic approach—think of it as looking at the big picture of you. I explore not just your individual experiences but also how your relationships/attachment, family dynamics, and environment shape your story. My goal is to help you connect the dots, uncover your strengths, and find tools that empower you to live a fulfilling life. I work with children, adolescence, adults, and couples while creating a warm, judgement-free space where growth and healing can flourish.
Let’s face life’s challenges together and even find moments of humor and joy along the way—you’ve got this, and I’ve got you!
I’m currently a graduate student at National University, working toward my master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy. I have also completed Gottman’s Level 1 Couples Training. Before pursuing this dream, I earned a master’s degree in human resource management and built a career primarily in nonprofit organizations. These organizations held a special place in my heart because they focused on supporting children and women navigating mental health and substance use challenges.
Through my experiences, I realized that my true calling wasn’t to work behind the scenes—I was most passionate about making a direct impact. The idea of working closely with individuals and being part of their journey toward healing and growth truly inspired me.
That’s what led me here—to a career where I can work directly with individuals, couples, and families, walking alongside them as they write new chapters in their stories.
It’s a privilege to combine my professional experience and heartfelt passion to make a difference in people’s lives, and I can’t wait to bring this energy into my work as a therapist!
